STAMPIN' UP! IN THE PINES SINGLE TREE CHRISTMAS CARD

I've used what I call the "scribbly" tree stamp, from In the Pines, as the focal point on today's Christmas card.  It's an outline stamp, that also has a co-ordinating stamp that fills in the colour.  I stamped the tree in Old Olive, and added Early Espresso ink to the tree trunk.

Although it's a little hard to tell from my photo, I used the Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends marker to colour the rhinestones, to co-ordinate with the other elements on the card.

The beautiful Evergreen Forest embossing folder adds a bit of detail to both the Old Olive oval and the Whisper White strip across the card.

A bit of simple stamping was added to the Whisper White panel inside the card.  This crop of little scribbly trees is also two stamps - the outline, and the fill-in of the foliage:

Listed below are all the products I used to make this card.  If you'd like to buy them from my online store, and you live in Australia, just click on any of the thumbnail images below to start shopping.  :)

STAMPIN' UP! IN THE PINES 3-TREE CHRISTMAS CARD

The Christmas card I'm sharing with you today uses a few new products, from the Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue out today.  I love the In The Pines bundle; you can see one of the stamps inside the card, and one of the dies used for the trees on the front.  I cut three trees from Old Olive card, and added some Shimmery Crystal Effects to the foliage.

The background Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper has been embossed with the beautiful new Evergreen Forest embossing folder.  It's subtle, on patterned paper, but adds lovely texture.

The snow bank was cut using Home Together dies (part of the Coming Home bundle, that you'll be seeing used a lot on my upcoming cards!).  I then embossed that white card piece with one of the new Wrapped in Texture embossing folders.

It doesn't look very shimmery in this photo, but here's a close-up of the Shimmery Crystal Effects on the trees.

Because I used an Old Olive card base, I added some Whisper White card to the inside, and stamped some trees in the bottom corner.

There are so many beautiful new Christmas products available to purchase from today.   If you live in Australia, I would love for you to shop with me for your papercrafting supplies.  Click on any of the thumbnail images below,  to get to my stor.
