STAMPIN' UP! TRUE LOVE DAISY CARD

I have used Blending Brushes, with So Saffron and Calypso Coral inkpads, to colour a piece of True Love Designer Series Paper.  This daisy-patterned paper is busy, so I have kept my card design simple, just focussing on the two colours.

After cutting a stitched scalloped rectangle, using Stitched So Sweetly Dies, from Basic White card, I stamped (in Memento Tuxedo Black ink) a sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set. 

 I then embossed the top two-thirds of this die cut piece, using a Greenery embossing folder.  I added rhinestones to some flower centres, after colouring the gems with Stampin' Blends markers.  

I stamped two smaller daisies, and two larger, from the Daisy Lane stamp set, in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White card.  After punching them out, I coloured the petals with So Saffron and Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends markers.  I stamped another daisy centre (from the larger flower) on a scrap of Basic White, and punched it out with a 1/2" circle punch (retired), after colouring with Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends markers.  You can (sort of) see in this photo that I added clear Wink of Stella to the daisies once assembled.

STAMPIN' UP! FLOWER & FIELD DAISY BIRTHDAY CARD

Today's card features two patterns in the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper pack, which is one of the items you can get for FREE, if you place a $90+ Stampin' Up! order before 28th February.

I cut three Basic White flowers, with So Saffron centres (and Granny Apple Green leaves), using the Pierced Blooms dies.  The sentiment, from Happy Thoughts, is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, on a Basic White stitched oval, cut using the Stitched Shapes Dies.  After adhering the oval to a So Saffron scalloped oval, I embossed the sentiment piece using the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.

Between the two different patterned paper pieces, I laid two horizontal strips of Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon.  I used the same ribbon to add a bow to the bottom of the oval.

The centre die-cut flower has been embellished with some Elegant Faceted Gems, that I coloured using the Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blends marker.
