STAMPIN' UP! BALLOON CELEBRATION 18TH BIRTHDAY CARD

Last weekend we attended the 18th birthday party of a special young woman.  The birthday girl is rather partial to a bit of bling, Tiffany's, and the finer things in life.  I really love the card I made her, as it incorporates plenty of sparkle, and was the closest I could get to Tiffany blue!

I've used several stamps from my awesome Balloon Celebration stamp set, to create the background.  Silver glimmer paper, and Pool Party glitter ribbon, were "must-have" additions to the card!
