JAI #274: NEUTRALS/GEOMETRIC INSPIRATION PICS

Trish has provided us with a couple of, what look to me to be very Scandinavian, inspiration pics at Just Add Ink this week.  Take a look:

How calming are those beautiful neutrals?  I drew inspiration from the colours/shades, recurring stripey patterns, and the vase holding pale green foliage.  Here's what I came up with:

I've used quite a mix of stamps and patterns/textures on my card.  All the "ingredients" used are listed below, and if you click on any of the thumbnail images, you can visit my online store, to buy them for yourself.  (The exception is the Floral Wings stamp set, which may be earned for free, with a qualifying order.)

The other Just Add Ink Design Team members have come up with some awesome creations, inspired by the pictures above; be sure to check them out over at our challenge blog.

  4. Using the Zig-Zag embossing folder was perfect to pick up the chevron design. Love the subtleness of the Chalk Lines stamped image and the beautiful Jute ribbon. The vase is perfection too! Well done, my friend!!

This is just so elegant Christine, I love that you fuss cut the plant as it just makes it.
