JAI #266: STAMPIN' UP! YOU'VE GOT THIS: A COLOUR CHALLENGE

The colour challenge that Nikki set for us at Just Add Ink this week proved a real challenge for me!  I had trouble deciding how I was going to balance these colours together:

In the end, I went with a predominantly navy and gold card, with subtle touches of Pink Pirouette.  It's hard to see in the photo, but I sponged around the oval with Pink Pirouette ink, to soften the look a little.  Not sure my efforts worked, as in the photos my card is very dark!

We hope you feel inspired to join in this challenge, and link up your creation over at Just Add Ink.

  6. Lots of loveliness here, Christine. The gold embossed & coloured flower looks so elegant with the navy & the little pink touch works really nicely. This combo was trickier than I thought it'd be.
