JAI # 171: A SKETCH, AND SOME YUMMY NEW STAMPIN' UP! COLOURS

This week at Just Add Ink, we have yet another of Mae's great sketches to work from, to make a card or other papercraft project.

I had a great time playing with some of the gorgeous new colours that are being released in Stampin' Up!'s range on 2nd July.  One of the great perks of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator is having access to new products early.  I have used some sneak-peek product that I received for free at Convention, along with other products I've been able to pre-order this month.

Here's what I have created with the new colours of Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe and Baked Brown Sugar:

....... and a close-up of some shimmery bits on the card, courtesy of Champagne Mist shimmer spray:

How cute is the clay flower? **Exciting new product alert!!**  You can create your own air-dried clay flowers and buttons, in three sizes, and colour-match them to your SU! projects, using ink.  Woohoo!

Here's a list of the products used on this card:

Stamps: Oh, Hello; Hello Lovely (available 2nd July)
Card: Baked Brown Sugar (new), Very Vanilla, Pistachio Pudding (new), Crisp Cantaloupe (new)
Ink: Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding and Crisp Cantaloupe stampin' pads

The other members of the Just Add Ink Design Team have come up with some gorgeous cards using this sketch - make sure you take a look, and play along with us if you can!
